Most HR and business leaders are not satisfied with their referencing process. They rely on a complex system of spreadsheets and calendar invites and ask questions that fail to generate any actual insights on their candidates.

We know, we’ve spoken to dozens of HR and business leaders who are frustrated with how they assess and understand talent.


How we make it easy

Set-up your reference using one of our templates, add your own questions too and send the reference to the candidate. The candidate confirms their referees and some basic information.

We then contact the referees with your questions and summarise the data back to you. Easy!
